Harry Potter debuts tonight!

At the stroke of midnight, my eldest daughter and I will be at our local bookstore, purchasing our copies of the 7th and final book in the Harry Potter series. Of course, I have no doubt that JK Rowling will continue the franchise in one form or another, mostly likely with prequels that recount the Hogwarts days of Harry Potter's parents, James and Lily Potter, along with their buddy Sirius Black, wise old Dumbledore, and the dour Severus Snape.

It goes without saying that I will be plowing through the book as quickly as I can (I'd rather read the ending for myself than risk having it spoiled) but I hate for it to end. I've enjoyed the series immensely, and can't wait to see what JK Rowling comes up with next.
