Taking a stand

Things are getting so strange in the world of politics right now, and it seems that more and more people are afraid to speak up about who they're supporting, and why.  I get it, I do--no one wants to deal with ugliness and arguing, especially when you know that you disagree to such a degree that nothing you say is going to change the other person's viewpoint, and nothing they say is going to change yours.

And yet, I believe we need to keep the dialogue going, even if it gets a little messy and contentious. The only thing more dangerous than bigotry is apathy.
